Vetina Tobin is the managing director of Pollaci. Vetina has over 15 years experience in the sector and has worked in the hospitality industry throughout northern Italy, Sicily and Ireland. Vetina has built up a reputation for excellence within the business and is highly involved in ensuring that a top quality service is consistently delivered to all clients.
Roberto Basso, the Executive Chef for Pollaci has a wide range of experience working throughout Europe. Trained in some of Italy's finest restaurants and hotels, Roberto earned his reputation as a top quality chef in London before moving to Ireland. His signature dishes and brand of modern Mediterranean cuisine are recognised as both top quality modern creations while still maintaining his traditional Italian influence. As well as training Pollaci chefs, Roberto is also responsible for overseeing and developing the restaurant and event catering menus.
